• Reflexology is a holistic healing art.  Combining meridian and zonal theories with the reflexes, the feet are worked in a specific routine.  Using massage and pressure techniques the reflexes corresponding to the body systems are manipulated releasing tension.  Although only the feet are worked on, reflexology affects the person as a whole, touching body, mind, spirit and emotions.  Intended to reduce stress and bring on balance, reflexology is a soothing way to spend an hour!

• Epilation

• At daya we use RICA advanced depilation wax from Italy.  Specifically, we use HONEY wax for sensitive skin.  It is a pure, 100% natural, traditional wax specially formulated with Rica's patented blend of mixed vegetable oils to nourish and moisturize the skin during and after epilation.

  Waxing cannot be done if you are using acutane, retin-A, AHA's or glycolic products 7 days prior to waxing.  Inform your spa therapist if you have recently had a chemical peel.
